Just a reminder, your school registration forms for the 2009-2010 school year, your PTA membership envelope and your PTA/PTO directory form are due back to the Blythe Park office by tomorrow Wednesday, June 10th.
All of the school registration forms can be found on-line at www.district96.org. Your PTA membership envelope arrived home via your child’s backpack last week and the PTA/PTO directory form can be found here.
The school office will close for the summer on Friday, June 19th and reopen on Monday, August 10th.

Blythe Park PTA in Riverside IL needs to amend Article 7 section 4,c.
It needs to read, pay out funds in accordance with the budget as approved by the membership and authorized by properly signed check request, and original documentation (no photo copies) such as invoice or receipt. If original documentation cannot be provided then a copy of the original document along with the treasurerʼs and presidents written approval will be required prior to payment.
