School Registration and PTA Forms Due June 10th

Just a reminder, your school registration forms for the 2009-2010 school year, your PTA membership envelope and your PTA/PTO directory form are due back to the Blythe Park office by tomorrow Wednesday, June 10th.

All of the school registration forms can be found on-line at www.district96.org. Your PTA membership envelope arrived home via your child’s backpack last week and the PTA/PTO directory form can be found here.

The school office will close for the summer on Friday, June 19th and reopen on Monday, August 10th.

Field Day this Wednesday, June 3rd

This year’s Field Day will be held this Wednesday, June 3rd from 10:45am-3:00pm. The event will kick-off with a 5th Grade tug-of-war, followed by lunch and an afternoon of fun games. All kindergartners will attend school from 11:00am-3:00pm. It should a fun afternoon! Any questions, please contact Kathie Kunish or Debbie Brand.

Last Day of School….Friday, June 5th

The last day of school for the 2008-2009 school year will be this Friday, June 5th. Report cards will be distributed and Blythe Park PTA will supply a last day of school treat!
