Gingerbread House Pick-up and Delivery!

Thank you to all who participated in the Gingerbread House fundraiser. We cannot wait to see the photos of the kids with their houses! If you purchased delivery, your houses will be delivered by Thursday, December 10th. If no one is home they will be left on your doorstep. Should you want to make other arrangements, please email diwrom@gmail.com. If you have chosen pickup, please check your email with the subject ‘gingerbread house pickup’.

We are supplying you with an additional Icing (glue) recipe for your homes. We know sometimes the ones supplied just don’t cut it. If you do not plan on eating your home, you can use regular glue. Be sure your home is not decorated until your icing has dried completely. Otherwise, it may come tumbling down during construction.

Royal Icing Recipe

1lb powdered sugar

1/2 cup pasteurized eggs (or 3 large eggs)

1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
Mix high 7-10 minutes
