If you have expenses to be reimbursed by the Blythe Park PTA, please remit all receipts to the PTA Treasurer, Deb Strama, by this WEDNESDAY (June 5th). Please use the following form:

Receipts can be dropped off in the school office or contact Deb Strama at dastrama@gmail.com to make arrangements.
