Your participation in the parent portion of the Illinois 5Essentials Survey will help District 96 understand the conditions at Blythe Park and help guide improvement. If at least 20 percent of the school’s parents complete this survey, a parent supplement report will be generated. The survey takes 5 minutes to complete!
